El tomillo simplemente es una planta que aporta muchos beneficios para la piel:

  • Es antiséptico y desinfectante, por lo que se recomienda para lavar heridas y úlceras.
  • Es refrescante.
  • Es tonificante.
  • Calmante para la piel irritada o sensible.
  • Favorece la cicatrización de heridas.
  • Combate hongos y el sudor en los pies.

 

¿Cómo usar el tomillo para la piel?

Para obtener los beneficios mencionados, aplique así el tomillo.

Ingredientes:

  • Unas ramas de tomillo (a modo que quede cargado el té).
  • Medio litro de agua.

 

¿Cómo preparar?

  • Ponga el agua al fuego.
  • Agregue el tomillo cuando esta suelte su hervor.
  • Deje hervir 3 minutos, retire del fuego, tape y deje que repose por 10 minutos.
  • Cuele.

 

¿Cómo se toma?

  • Lave las zonas a tratar con el té de tomillo.
  • Para que actué como refrescante, tonificante y calmante, aplique sobre la parte a tratar por 5 minutos, después deje reposar 15 minutos y enjugue.
  • NO tome este té.

 

Mascarilla de tomillo para limpiar a profundidad la cara y combatir la grasa y el acné.

Ingredientes:

  • 250 ml de agua.
  • Unas ramitas de tomillo.
  • 1 cucharada sopera de leche.
  • 1 cucharada de harina de trigo o de maíz.

 

Preparación:

  • Prepararé un té con el agua y el tomillo.
  • Mezcle la leche y la harina, para después agregar 2 cucharadas del té de tomillo.
  • Deje que se enfrié.

 

Forma de aplicar:

  • Aplique el agua de tomillo para la piel sobre su cara con un ligero masaje.
  • Deje ahí por espacio de un cuarto de hora.
  • Enjugue con agua tibia, para finalizar con otro enjugue pero ahora de agua fría (para cerrar los poros y tonificar la piel).
  • Seque y aplique su crema hidratante.
  • Hágalo una vez por semana.
